The Firm in Brief
SRJN & Associates began in 2009 with a handful of clients and a conviction: that mid-sized businesses in India deserved the same quality of audit and advice that large corporations took for granted, delivered with the accessibility of a neighbourhood practitioner. Sixteen years later, that conviction still decides how we hire and how we work.
Today the firm operates from Najafgarh in Delhi and JMD Megapolis on Sohna Road, Gurgaon. The practice covers audit and assurance, direct and indirect taxation, tax litigation and representation, business process outsourcing, management consultancy, internal controls, corporate law and business set-up.
What We Believe
Accounting firms like to talk about values. We would rather describe how ours show up in practice.
- We verify before we sign. An opinion from this firm means a partner has satisfied himself personally.
- We explain, not impress. If advice cannot be understood by the person who has to act on it, it is not advice.
- We think in years, not invoices. The positions we take and the systems we build are ones that will still hold when the assessment for this year opens three years from now.
- We guard what we are shown. Confidentiality is not a policy here; it is a reflex.
What We Work Toward
Strip away the technical language and every engagement we take serves one of four outcomes for the client:

- We listen first. Before quoting, we want to understand the business, not just the assignment.
- We scope in writing. Deliverables and timelines are agreed upfront.
- Qualified people do the work. Trained staff in the field, partner review at every stage that matters.
- We report in plain language, with recommendations ranked by what deserves attention first.
- We stay on. Most clients keep us on a retainer for the simple reason that compliance never stops; neither do we.
